Return Exchange & Refund Policy

We at Undi Pundi care about your well-being and always make sure that your item(s) are delivered to you in the safest way possible. Please be notified that we no longer accept returns and exchanges of products until further notice.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days of receiving the product.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.  Submit your claim to

Confirmation of the return address will be given to you when you submit your claim.

Wrong Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Size Exchange - To ensure our prices remain as low as possible, we source our products on an order to order basis.  We do not keep stock of items and are hence unable to offer returns due to size exchanges. 

Refund - Refunds are issued for damaged items or items lost in transit. Claims for defected goods should be approved first by our team following an inspection to your returned item and an investigation for the cause of the enquiry.

In all refund cases, the money will be returned to your original payment method used on order placement. If any additional information is required, our Customer Satisfaction Team will reach out to you.

Refunded money will require several working days to be reflected in your account/card.

Note: Refunding shipping cost is not applicable to all cases.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
